Video to video
- MOV→ MP4iPhone and Mac recordings come out as MOV.
- MP4→ MOVSome Mac workflows, Final Cut libraries and QuickTime-only tools prefer MOV, and some broadcasters specify QuickTime delivery.
- MKV→ MP4OBS and many downloads save MKV, but phones, iMovie, Premiere uploads and most social sites want MP4.

Audio
